The Science

Also, digital ballasts maintain superior performance even when the bulb ages. The 1000W LUMii Digita Dimmable Ballast includes safety features, which protects its circuitry in case of a power short. When the ballast identifies an abnormal output or input voltage it won't attempt to switch the lamp on. The ballast offers growers increased control over the lighting system in the grow room environment. The unit comprises 4 settings including a boost mode.
How to Use
The ballast runs cool but you must place it on a flat and sturdy surface in a ventilated area. Don't cover the digital ballast and keep it away from dangerous chemicals or combustible items. Connect the reflector's input cable to the output cord of the ballast. Make sure the cord isn't tight and doesn't touch anything hot such as a bulb, ballast, or reflector. The power-output button allows you to choose the correct output wattage level. You can use the 1000W LUMii ballast in overdrive to achieve a 10% output wattage increase for a higher lumens output. After choosing the output wattage, connect the plug into the electrical socket and turn the digital ballast on.
