The Nutriculture FloGro system comprises a compact dripper pot, which delivers increased harvest yields. The system pumps nutrient solution to your crops via a circular dripper ring from the container underneath according to a set timer. The system is available in 3 sizes such as 500, 510, and 520. The 500 version is perfect for a small plant set up, the 510 can handle multiple plants, and the 520 is the upper scale version. This system ensures a highly oxygenated root-area and increased plant development.
- The system uses clay-pebbles, which are not included in the kit;
- The dripper system ensures super-oxygenation of the roots;
- The system includes a reservoir tank, a planter pot, a pump, a delivery system, a dripper ring, and an overflow pipe;
- With an Airstone and air pump you can boost the harvest yields;
- Growers use a time switch for the feeding periods.
- It's an accelerated plant growth system;
- It's durable and resistant;
- It's made at the highest Nutriculture standards;
- It's user-friendly and easy to install.
The Bottom Reservoir stores nutrient solution and the plants' roots grow into clay pebbles. The nutrient-pump distributes nutrient solution to a dripper-ring placed above the clay pebbles. The nutrient solution drips through the pebbles and feeds the plants. The solution drains back to the Bottom Reservoir and it's re-used. The feed solution also pulls air through the pebbles and oxygenates the root-zone. You can access the nutrient solution reservoir through the access panel, which is above the planter. The solution can return to the Reservoir also through the overflow pipe. If the planter's bottom holes are blocked, the nutrient solution will return through the overflow pipe to prevent spillage.
How to Use
The NutriCulture FloGro system is ideal to grow a single plant. The system uses clay pebbles as the growing medium. Fill up the bottom reservoir with around 17 Litres of water. Fit the planter with the overflow pipe and tighten it. Place the planter over the reservoir and insert the delivery pipe into the hole next to the reservoir access hole. Push the pipe into the pump, which is found under the reservoir. The suction cups on the pump will secure it to the reservoir's bottom. Fill the planter with clay pebbles and install the dripper-ring above the delivery pipe. Place the plants in the centre of the planter so the roots are covered completely. Use a timer to schedule feeding periods. Schedule up to 8 feedings per day. During the dark-period, plants don't need feed.
