CANNA is a highly trusted brand in the plant nutrients industry sector. And the CANNA Aqua Vega fertilizers offer a full range of nutrients to ensure high yields. It's carefully engineered to optimally cover the plants' requirements during growth. The A & B nutrient products provide top quality results thanks to containing all the essential elements needed for maximum development. During each of the plants' growth and generative stages, you have full control over what nutirents are absorbed.
About Aqua Vega A&B Fertilizers
Aqua Vega fertilizers contain nutrition-rich solutions, which are essential during the growth phase of plants. Here's a brief of the Aqua Vega A&B fertilizers.
- Used for growth in inert mediums;
- Developed for recirculating hydroponics systems such as ebb & flow or NFT;
- Aqua Vega is a base nutrient but also contains pH-stabilizers, so you won't need to adjust the pH;
- Contains humic and fulvic acids;
- Aqua Vega is used in the start root formation and vegetative stages of a plant's growth;
- During the start root formation stage, you should use 6-8 ml/ 4L of water and during the vegetative stage, you should use 8-9 ml/ 4 L of water.
- The solutions dissolve instantly. Both A & B Aqua Vega fertilizers contain pH stabilizers so you won't have to adjust the water's pH;
- The fertilizers guarantee a strong and consistent growth of the plants;
- The nitrogen compounds are easily absorbed by the plants' roots. And to support the blooming stage, Aqua Vega contains EDDHA iron chelating solutions and specific trace elements.
Aqua Vega fertilizers are directly absorbed by the roots of the plants, through the clay pebbles and help them grow. Aqua Vega contains top-quality nitrogen, EDDHA iron chelates and trace elements such as Iron, Zinc, Boron, and Manganese. And it also comprises silicon, pH-stabilizers, humic and fulvic acids. Nitrogen moves into the roots and makes it grow by promoting nucleus multiplication and cells division. The plant's DNA replicates and encourages rapid development. While Nitrogen helps form the building blocks of the plant, Calcium and Phosphorus bind these blocks and from a root system. The nutirents move up toward the stalks and leaves, which multiply and grow like the roots. The Aqua Vega products have a biotrophic effect and they're naturally absorbed by the biological systems of the plants to guarantee optimum balance and maximum resistance of the plants' cells. During the first stage of the plant's growth, Aqua Vega lays the foundation for its future bloom and harvesting stages. Strong and healthy growth is characterized by vital shoots and rich root development. The fertilizer is engineered to meet all the plants' requirements during the generative stage. The growth period comprises the start root formation stage (about 1 week) and the vegetative stage (up to 3 weeks).
You should fill your hydroponic recirculating system's reservoir with water and pour equal quantities of Canna Aqua Vega A and B into the tank to obtain the necessary solution. Pour between 2 and 4 ml/L (with CF between 11-19) of part A and B. In case of small plants, you should start with 2 ml/L and gradually increase to the higher limit as the plant develops. Use a beaker or syringe for better precision when measuring the quantities and a top-quality and high-performance CF/EC/PPM meter to evaluate the nutrient's strength. You should add the additives and boosters you want to use and mix. Also, adjust the pH as needed with the help of a pH meter for better accuracy. And for the best results, renew the solution in your system's reservoir every week. The recommended dosages are for fast-growing plants. And in the case of slower-growing plants, you should use lower dosages.
Best Practices for Optimum Results
The Canna Vega A and B fertilizer solutions are sold separately but should be used in equal amounts. But you should never use them simultaneously or you'll obtain an insoluble mixture. To obtain an A&B nutrient, you should first pour the A formula into water and mix before you add formula B while mixing. If you're growing plants in clay pebbles, rockwool, coco or a different hydroponic system, ensure that the pH is between a minimum 5.6 and maximum 6.2. The best approach is to maintain a pH towards the lower limit (approximately 5.5) when you mix the A and B formulas into the reservoir, as it will increase over time. For ideal storage, store the bottles in a dark, protected and cool area.
