How long will my order take to arrive?
We’re receiving hundreds of orders every day and our couriers are working very hard to ensure all parcels are delivered in a timely manner. Most orders during this period are delivered within 1-2 working days from the date you placed your order. If you haven’t received your parcel after this time, please contact us for further information.
How much does standard delivery cost?
All orders over £75 qualify for free delivery. The delivery charge for any orders under £75 is £6.95.
Heavy item surcharges are applied on certain items even if you have exceeded £75 order value. There will be a tab on the product page saying ‘Heavy Item’.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just complete a return using our Returns Centre, or email us via this site contact form and we’ll take you through the process.
