Overview
The Nutriculture Oxypot Single is a high-performance deep water culture growing system, which produces excellent results in restricted spaces. This DWC system uses just a small quantity of pebbles. Growers place the plants in a mesh pot, which contains the pebbles. The roots of your plants hang in the growing chamber, which includes an air pump. The air pump constantly oxygenates the feed solution. Roots have continuous access to nutrients, oxygen, and water for excellent development. Roots only absorb what they need. Make sure the misting chamber is topped-up to keep the nutrient solution available to your plants.
General Information
- The Nutriculture Oxypot single comprises a misting chamber with a capacity of between 19 and 100 Litres of feed solution;

- It's made at Nutriculture's highest standards of quality.
The Science
The plants' roots grow through a mesh pot into the system's misting chamber. The misting chamber is topped up with nutrient solution. The air pump ensures super-oxygenation of the roots, which have continuous access to water, oxygen, and nutrients. The plants' roots can't saturate in this deep water culture system because they only absorb what they need. Depending on the version of your kit, the misting chamber has a capacity of between 19 and 100 Litres.
How to Use
Leave the system's pump on non-stop. Your plants' roots require continuous access to oxygen and nutrient solution. Plants must be root bound before you can transplant them into the system. Plants, which develop under grow lights, will have an increased uptake of water than nutrient solution. The EC of the nutrient solution rises over time. Fill the pot with 50% strength nutrient solution and check the level of EC. Add more nutrient solution if needed. Adjust the level of the pH and change the solution completely every 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the size of your plants.
